How do we manufacture our water tanks?
Using high strength concrete, we pour at 50mpa and our HSC at 28 days cures to 72mpa. Gaining high strength very quickly, thanks to our mix design, we use only Australian structural steel, which is securely welded as per Australian standards. Ensuring even concrete coverage over steel as per AS3600, this process is delivered by our dedicated team.
Manufactured in a seamless steel pulse mould, ensuring the tanks have no joins and therefore no leaks, our concrete tanks are made in a closed factory, which is away from nature’s ever-changing elements. By doing this, we can eliminate micro cracks – and thanks to the design and build of the mould, we can easily adapt the structures to create wine cellars, indestructible site sheds, and underground exchange.
